Coroner called to crash in Dickson City

The westbound lanes of Route 6 in Dickson City are shut down as authorities investigate a deadly crash.

DICKSON CITY, Pa. — Police are on the scene of a deadly wreck in Dickson City.

Officers responded to the crash along Route 6 around 5:45 p.m. Saturday.

Pennsylvania State Police as well as the Lackawanna County Coroner’s Office have also been called to the scene.

Officials say the westbound lanes of Route 6 will be shut down until further notice.
